I just walk ed TWO MILES (8 laps of my neighborhood track I made up.) Pedometer stats for the session: time: 61mins. Steps: 6106. Miles: 2 , kcal 380. fat g: 23.9. I walked a mile earlier today. Total steps for the day so far: 10,790. I really needto go to one of those placeswhere they specially fityour walking running shoes butthat would be like 150ish and I have like 4 dollars. LOL.Been waking...

I just got in from a difficult, hot 1mile walk.Left the house in sleeveless tank tops today. 1st time ever. Will post a pic of the outfit soon. I probably looked gross but yay for baby steps

Jello Pie: Made this tons of times
Use reduced fat crust, Light cool whip and sugar free Jello. Just don’t use generic graham crusts. I’ve found that they have a waxy aftertaste. I’ve brought this to friend’s houses and it’s always well received. Experiment with your favorite jello flavors.

New Personal Best!
I took the ipod and went on my walk. I did a record high SIX laps for a total of 1.5 miles in one session. New high for me! Pedometer stats for the session:4724 steps 1.5mile (I have a small stride), 314 kcal, 20.2 fat g. 46 minutes. Bragging on myself a little but I’m excited. I also did that .75 of a mile earlier today. The pedometer is giving a daily total of 8630 steps for the day so...
Help!
I just had the worst walk ever. Almost from the beginning, my legs were burning. I drank water before, during and after and it still hurt like crazy. I pushed it out to .75 of a mile but I barely got it. Mad that I didn’t even get a mile. I have no idea what just happened. Disappointed. I didn’t do the mile yesterday. I did log over 4k steps just doing grocery shopping and stuff. I...
